With Season 1 of The Omen eSports Report a success Omen were keen to bring the show back for another go round, giving us an opportunity to go bigger, better and bolder. In 2019 we took everything to the next level, with new hosts, a new look and feel and an all new set.
ROLE
Creative Direction.
With a new season came a new look and feel. We took the best parts from series 1, and created a bigger and richer suite of graphic assets as the show upgraded from a small studio to the Gfinity Arena.
As in series 1, I was responsible for setting the design direction and leading the development of the format’s look and feel, guiding a team of designers and animators through all stages of design from concept to delivery, which included on-screen and on-set motion graphics and supporting social and digital content.

To tease the show’s return, we created a series of bold + brazen social stings.
The wider suite included eclectic and eye-catching typography-led segment titles.
And dynamically updatable in-show graphics.


The look and feel extended beyond the screen across the set itself, with large digital full motion screens the perfect canvas.
